Yes! You can purchase a gift voucher for your chosen amount via the Momence App or by filling in the contact form on our Website.
IS MY BABY TOO BIG TO BRING TO FLEX BABY?
Our Flex Baby classes are designed for new parents and their babies. For safety (and sanity) we welcome babies from newborn to around 7-8months old.
Once they're on the move those curious little hands can find their way onto the Reformer’s moving parts- and we'd rather not risk it!
WHAT IF MY BABY NEEDS ATTENTION DURING A FLEX BABY CLASS?
No stress — this class is designed with you in mind. All the other Mummas are in the same boat! Our instructors are happy to help while you work out, or feel free to take time to feed, settle, or play with your little one when needed.
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW FOR MY first class?
Arrive 10 minutes early, place you belongings in reception area, take shoes off and bring grippy socks (can be purchased in studio).
Wear something that is comfy and easy to move in, bring water & towel to make your session more comfortable.
WHAT IF I’M Running late?
We understand that life happens, and things can cause us to be later however please consider the other clients in class. If you are more than 5minutes late, you will be turned away from class. This prevents the other clients from being disrupted and avoids potential injuries for you, as you will have missed the warm up.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT MY INSTRUCTOR?
If you have any questions about classes or memberships, or need to reach out to your instructor feel free to send us a message directly through the Momence app. It’s the most reliable way to get in touch — messages sent through the app are prioritised and won’t be missed.
IF MY CLASS PASSES HAVE EXPIRED, CAN I STILL USE THEM?
Unfortunately, expired passes cannot be extended or renewed. Class Passes are offered at a discounted rate and must be used within their validity period.
IT’S MY FIRST FLEX BABY CLASS, WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Just bring your little one and any essentials you both need, along with your grippy socks and water bottle. Bring a pram, carrier or play mat, whichever keeps your baby comfy whilst you're doing your thing!
WHEN WILL MY MEMBERSHIP BE BILLED?
Your subscription activates on the day of purchase. For example, if you purchase a Pose Club Membership on a Wednesday, your weekly billing cycle will start on that day, and payments will be charged every Wednesday.
CAN I BOOK CLASSES WEEKS IN ADVANCE?
Absolutely! You can book classes for any future dates that are currently published on our app.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL A CLASS?
If you cancel more than 9 hours before the class starts, you'r credit will be returned to your profile so you can re-book another class.
If you cancel within 9 hours, unfortunately, you'll lose that credit.
IF I’M ON A POSE CLUB MEMBERSHIP, CAN I ADD EXTRA CLASSES?
Yes! Once you've used all your subscription classes for the week, you’re welcome to book additional classes at the casual rate.
DO YOU HAVE LIFT ACCESS?
Yes! We have lift access available. You are welcome to bring your pram and either park it in the studio or next to your reformer bed during Flex Baby classes.
