NEED TO CANCEL?

We understand that things don’t always go to plan. Our cancellation policy allows us to provide you with the best classes and ensure everyone gets a chance to book a spot. Here are the details;

ThE POSE CANCELLATIONS + NO-SHOW POLICY

Early Cancel:

If you can no longer make your class, cancel your booking at least 9 hours before the class start time and use your credit to re-book another class in future. You won’t forfeit the session or pay an extra fee.

Late Cancel:

Any cancellations made within 9 hours of the class start time will be considered a late cancel and will forfeit your credit. If you are on any variation of an Unlimited Club Membership you will incur a one time $10 late cancellation fee. All other Club Membership and Class Pass holders will not incur a fee.

No-Show:

If you don’t cancel your class within the app prior to the class start time and do not attend you will forfeit your credit and be charged a one time no-show fee of $10.

Please Note; all cancellations must be made within Momence. An Instagram DM, text or Facebook message does not count - sorry!

By booking a class you are agreeing to our cancellation policy, including late cancel and no-show fees. Thank you for your understanding, please get in contact with any questions.
